Our Story

Small Batch Smokehouse is the evolution of Chef Scott Durrah’s lifelong love of food, flavor, and community. What began as a passion for Jamaica has grown into a craft that honors the soulful tradition of smoke, the care of small batch cooking, and the joy of gathering around a table.

Our intimate space in LoHi is built for connection. With just 24 seats and 8 bar spots, every guest becomes part of the family, welcomed into a place where flavor meets culture and community comes alive. This is more than a restaurant. Small Batch Smokehouse is a haven where food feeds the soul and laughter fills the air.
